Security assurance cases - state of the art of an emerging approach

Abstract

A systematic literature review of 51 papers on security assurance cases (SACs). Results indicate that while there are numerous papers discussing the importance and usage scenarios of SACs, the literature is still immature with respect to concrete practitioner support for building and maintaining them.
